- Quelle: (visit link)

"Is the Romberg Park in the south of Dortmund traversed by the early dent brook. At the coordinates given above is a source area, including the present springing streams feed into the early dent brook. Some of these streams run yellow ocher (rust) in high concentration in which the underground water was dissolved from ironstone layers between here occurring coal seams. the forming ocher mud has a strong ocher color of the riverbed to follow. he makes insect larvae and fish to survive in such waters impossible, because he adds to the respiratory system. Even water production plants have with this ocher formation is a problem, because mud clogged the system components such as pumps and filters. "- Source: (visit link)
