"Die in einem der ältesten Stadtteile Innsbrucks Hötting gelegene alte Höttinger Pfarrkirche wurde 1286 erstmals urkundlich erwähnt. Die gotische Kirche wurde später barockisiert. Sie stellt heute ein wenig bekanntes sehr sehenswertes Kleinod dar. Der runde wehrhafte Turm ist weithin sichtbar. Der Ausblick vom Plätzchen vor der Kirche über den Stadtteil Hötting über Innsbruck Richtung Süden belohnt den Besucher für den Weg über einen etwas steilen Anstieg.
