This kinetic sculpture by George Rhoads is located at the Goleta Beach Park, on Sandspit Road next to the playground. The Univ. of California at Santa Barbara is located just to the west of the park and is an easy walk from the sculpture.

Windamajig consists of approximately 20 cone-shaped pieces attached in small groups to poles that swing independently of each other. The cones catch the wind and propel the piece into motion. It is approximately 15 feet tall, mounted on a concrete foundation that is approximately 3 feet high.
