EN: "Dreitrogbrunnen ("Three trough fountain") has three ornate, abutting troughs. The column is well decorated with various patterns and surmounted by a bud. The fountain was created because of complaints of the population in the 1870s and 1880s who were not satisfied with the former standard product fountain, it was selected in a competition from 30 proposals." DE: "Der Dreitrogbrunnen hat drei reich verzierte, aneinander stossende Becken. Die Brunnensäule ist mit diversen Mustern verziert und wird von einer Knospe bekrönt. Der Brunnen entstand aufgrund von Reklamationen der Bevölkerung, die in den 1870er und 1880er Jahren mit den damaligen Serienbrunnen nicht zufrieden waren und wurde aus einer Konkurrenz von 30 Vorschlägen ausgesucht.
