This causeway is invariably underwater as Brogers Creek rarely runs dry. The creek is in a steep sided valley & numerous springs maintain a constant flow throughout the year.

The waters of the creek are crystal clear & there are good paddling holes. The road turns to gravel after the first crossing nearby.
