EN: The Huber house in Riehen is recognized as one of the masterpieces of modern avant-garde architecture of the 1920s in Switzerland. It was built in 1928 by Artaria & Schmidt in International Style.

The four-story apartment building has a steel skeleton and large windows. It is a bit moved away from the road on a hillside. It not easy to overlook from public ground. It was renovated and included in the cantonal monument directory in 1993.

DE: Das Haus Huber in Riehen gilt als eines der Meisterwerke der avantgardistischen Moderne der 20er-Jahre in der Schweiz. Es wurde 1928 von Artaria & Schmidt im Internationalen Stil erbaut.

Das vierstöckige Wohnhaus besitzt ein Stahlskelett und grosse Fensterfronten. Es steht ein wenig von der Strasse abgerückt in leichter Hanglage und ist von öffentlichem Grund nicht leicht zu überblicken. Es wurde 1993 renoviert und in das kantonale Denkmalverzeichnis aufgenommen.
