The La Arcata Court in Santa Barbara, California, is an L-shaped arcade traveling from State Street to E. Figueroa Street. Leaving the "L" at the bend takes one to the back of the Santa Barbara Art Museum, where one can find this sculpture. The sculpture looks kind of like a keyboard instrument set in a frame with some hanging circles on rods, looking like pendulums. The steel is finished in lacquer. A plaque near the base reads:
