This black and white cow has come to be the symbol for this newly established museum. Although I dared not touch it as it seemed all the cows were off limits, I think it is made of some kind of fiber glass perhaps. It is definitely one of a kind an looked older than the museum which opened less than a year okay. Changes are this cow stood elsewhere before being bought and shipped to Columbia, PA. I am clueless as to the artist, date or any other important particulars except to say that it is definitely a figurative sculpture of a cow. Although the Roadside website said this was on wheels and perhaps visiting, I am assured it's home here is permanent. The attraction is on the outside so it is free. The museum costs money however.
