This is a two story brick building. The first story houses shops - a diner at 522 Liberty and a real estate agent at 524 Liberty. Each section of the first floor has a bay window on either side of a doorway that has a window on either side. A blue awning runs the length of both addresses. There are four large arched windows on the second floor. These are outlined in red brick with a white capstone. A marble datestone is embedded in the upper middle of this second story. It has the Masonic "G" with the compass and square - 1886. This second floor is used for the Oskaloosa Masonic Lodge #14.
