For a centuries was the place on Charles Bridge where Saint John Nepomucene was thrown into the river and drowned marked by small gilded double cross and by small decorative Baroque grating. The grating was lost during floods in 1890's and since that time a copy of the grid was installed here from time the time. After its removal in 1970s , the grating was installed here in 2009 again. The grating has been recently used for installation of Love Padlocks.
