This 7ft. metal statue of the classical figure of Justice is located above the western entrance of the Franklin County Courthouse. The figure is blindfolded and is holding the balanced scales of Justice in her left hand and has a longsword pointed downward in her right hand. She is wearing several layers of garments. The sculpture itself is made of an undetermined metal.

Description:
Full-length female figure of Justice stands atop the roof of the courthouse. She wears a flowing, Classical garment. She holds a set of scales in her proper left hand in front of her, and a sword in her proper right hand. She holds the sword at the handle and the tip is by her proper right foot.
