The Nut Tree Railroad is a small gauge miniature railroad which operates in Nut Tree Plaza, a shopping mall in Vacaville, California.

The original miniature railroad at this location was opened in 1953 to serve customers to the old Nut Tree restaurant. It served visitors between the restaurant and the nearby Nut Tree Airport. It closed in 1996 with the closure of the restaurant.
In 2009 the location was upgraded to a large shopping mall and the railroad was revised to run on an environmentally improved bio-diesel engine.
