Cette statue en bronze de Simon Bolivar est situé dans le Cours la Reine, entre le pont Alexandre III et le Palais Petit, Paris, France. Il dépeint Simon Bolivar au sommet de son cheval, qui se tient debout sur ??ses quatre pattes fermement plantés sur le terrain. Il est est plein uniforme militaire. Il tient les rênes de la main gauche tout en tenant une épée avec un bras droit levé. Les points d'épée à un angle d'environ 45 degrés au-dessus de lui.
La statue tête d'un socle de granit rectangulaire. Le socle possède deux niveaux d'étapes qui l'entourent. Il a également été une bande décorative de l'art frise près du sommet. Il a les inscriptions suivantes or lettrées:

"1930: pour fêter le centenaire de la mort de Bolivar, les six nations d’Amérique Latine : Vénézuela, Colombie, Pérou, Equateur, Bolivie, Panama, font don à la ville de Paris de la statue de Bolivar, par l’intermédiaire du comité France-Amérique. 1931 : en mars, la ville accepte le don. L’administration des Beaux-Arts de la ville doit alors réfléchir à un emplacement pour le monument et deux bustes du sculpteur Mane. L’établissement Barbedienne réclame que le choix d’un emplacement se fasse rapidement pour commencer le travail de refonte. 1932, le ‘comité Technique et d’Esthétique’ accepte l’emplacement porte de Champerret (place d’Amérique Latine). Le 16 décembre, le conseil municipal donne son accord. 1933 : le 4 mai est prononcé un décret d’hommage public. En novembre, le travail de fonte est terminé. Le 17 décembre le monument est inauguré. Pendant la Guerre, le monument est destiné à être fondu, mais il est sauvé. A la Libération, il est placé au dépôt des oeuvres d’art de la ville. 1946 : le 24 juillet, la statue est de nouveau placée. 1979 : la statue est déplacée cours-la-Reine en pendant de la statue équestre de Lafayette. La statue est remplacée par celle du Général Francisco de Miranda." (
