This Masonic Lodge was one of the first in what is now the state of Nevada. It has met continuously in the same building since November of 1873.

Chartered on September 17, 1868 by the newly created Grand Lodge of Nevada, their first Worshipful Master was Robert W. Bollen. In early 1873 they purchased this building in a partially finished condition. It was subsequently completed in November of 1873. Dedicated and occupied. On this, their 125th anniversary, they have continuously held their meetings in this edifice.
