Die Weltkugel dreht sich einmal in 24 Stunden um die eigene Achse. An der Tageszeit-Anzeige im Boden und den Meridianen auf der Kugel erkennt man, wie spät es in der jeweiligen Region der Erde ist.
Die Landmassen sind in Gold und die Meere in Blau gehalten.

The "Weltkugel" (= Globe) doesn't show separate countries or topographic facts, but the current time. A small sign on the floor explains, how it works:
The globe rotates around its own axis once every 24 hours. The time of day display on the floor and the meridians on the globe show what time it is in the respective region of the earth.
The land is golden and the seas are blue.
