EN: The fountain is located on the main square in the historic village center. There used to be fountains at this location for centuries, the predecessors were probably made of wood as a drawing from the 17th Century shows. Today's stone fountain was created in 1810. It was probably the model for many similar village fountains in the area that are all younger.
The side panels of the octagonal trough is hold together with metal clips; the square column is finished with a cup-shaped ornament and has two tubes.
DE: Der Brunnen befindet sich auf dem Dorfplatz im Zentrum des historischen Dorfkerns. An dieser Stelle gab es schon seit Jahrhunderten einen Brunnen, die Vorgänger waren vermutlich aus Holz, wie eine Zeichnung aus dem 17. Jahrhundert zeigt. Der heutige Steinbrunnen wurde 1810 erstellt. Er wurde wahrscheinlich zum Vorbild vieler ähnlicher Dorfbrunnen in der Umgebung, die aber alle jünger sind.
Die Seitenplatten des achteckigen Troges sind mit Metallklammern verbunden; der quadratische Stock ist mit einer kelchartigen Verzierung abgeschlossen und hat zwei Brunnenröhren.
