The C. Fridiger Building is a single-story commercial building that notably has two separate storefronts. The black titled columns along the front are also distinctive. The northern storefront was built in 1912 while the southern was added around 1929. In 1945 a piano company located here and the building continued to host a number of different retail music stores until at least the mid-1990s. A large metal panel was added that covered the facade but recent restoration efforts have returned the structure to it's original appearance. Today the structure is home to a day spa & salon.

Note: The National Register marker placed on the building refers to it as the "Davis-Johnson Building" but I can find no references describing who "Davis" or "Johnson" in the National Register or in the Survey of Historic and Cultural Resources.
