The Colonial Revival-style City Hall of Waltham, designed by Kilham, Hopkins and Greeling, was built in 1926 and opened and dedicated in 1927.

City Hall is a large municipal building with a front entrance. It has a greek influenced entryway. Centered over the entranceway is a cupola that is slighty set back over the pediment. Where the building is facade is limestone, the cupola is white. It rises to a watch section, then the clock sits at this level and rises with four columns and topped with the cupola dome. An Eagle prominently sit son top of the dome.
