The citizens of Johnson County erected this simple pink granite marker to honor the men of their county who served in the US Military during WWI, WWII, Korea, and Vietnam.
This is just one of several monuments and memorials on the courthouse square that are worth a visit. If the courthouse is open, be sure to go inside! It is SPECTACULAR.
