John A. Latsch State Park is day use only, and is administered by Whitewater State Park. The passport stamp for John A. Latsch State Park cannot be obtained in the park; it is kept at Whitewater. Passport Club members must go to the park office at Whitewater State Park, and ask the office staff for the passport stamp for John Latsch.
The Passport Club kit is $14.95, and can be purchased at most state park offices. The kit includes a pouch, official highway map, a log book to record what you experienced at each park, and passport booklet.
Vehicle permits are $5 per day or $25 per year.
