Dale Beechler, a dentist, and his wife Lana, had this house built about 1925. Mrs. Beechler sold the house in 1947. While the front of the house appears relatively small compared to others in the district, the house is deceptively large as it extends deep into the lot. A detached garage with a steeply-pitched roof compliments the design of the house.
