This is one of three Craftsman-style Bungalows built for William H. Byrd in the lots immediately south of his Queen Anne/Eastlake house on the corner of 14th and Chemeketa streets. This particular house is closest to the Queen Anne and features a front-facing gabled porch with a bay window to the right of the porch.
