The large series of sculptures measure 10 by 110 by 4 feet. The sculptures depict the birth of Athena. Attending are various Greek gods including Helios, Dionysus, Persephone, Demeter, Poseidon, Hephaestus, Zeus, Nike, Hera, Ares, Hermes, Apollo, Ganymede, Hestia, Aphrodite, and Selene. The sculpture was restored along with the rest of the Parthenon in 2002.
