Built circa 1911, this one-and-one-half story, large Craftsman house was built by Jefferson Pooler, builder of at least seven houses in the historic district. The house was sold in 1913 to Flora Clark, widow of Alexander Clark. Eventually, Nellie Clark also lived at this house, remaining here until 1949.
