Scotties Marina is at the lower end of Lower Arrow Lake and just 4.1 km. upstream of the Keenleyside Dam, which marks the end of Arrow Lakes. The Upper and Lower Arrow Lakes, created by the construction of Keenleyside Dam, are actually just a long, wide spot in the Columbia River. A 140 mile long wide spot. For those who wish to do some boating on the Columbia River, Keenleyside Dam has a lock, free for anyone to use, allowing one to boat down river from here, as well as up the Arrow Lakes.
Until recently, there were two marinas in the area. The other, 3 km. west, by Syringa Creek Park, is now a private marina for use by condo owners.
Scotties is a full service marina, with a boat launch, fuel and propane sales, boat storage, a convenience store, bait and tackle, marine parts and oil, kayak rentals and wakeboards.
