The Wiener Works is the home of the Wonderdog, 14 inches of hot dog on a loaf of soft french bread. Mountains of toppings, fresh cut french fries to order from real potatoes. Large selection of beers and $2 pints. Choosing just the dog you want should be no problem given that their menu board lists 49 dogs.
They also serve hamburgers, only 7 different choices, but they are so good they won an award for their hamburgers. They list the sizes of their fries as tiny, small and large. That's not chain store large, think mountainous. The Wiener Works is truly one of those hidden gems.
