This painting of Castlegar's
New Apostolic Church was done in 2011 by
Tea Preville, a Nelson resident whose body of work has become quite large. She is an artist of eclectic output and eclectic media, this one an oil on canvas, from her online gallery of
churches in Castlegar, Robson, Brilliant & area.

The photo was taken June 20th, 2013 at 2:57 P.M. Painting and photo are done/taken from across Columbia Avenue to the north east.

This is a relatively small, contemporarily styled church with a small bell tower centred on the building and topped with a tall spire. There is a small amount of parking on the lot at the rear of the church, enough for possibly 20 cars. Their website indicates that the church is Wheelchair Accessible.

We would like to welcome you to our small congregation in the mountains where everyone is family!
We would like to welcome you to join us for our services on Sunday mornings and on Wednesday evenings. We also celebrate special days together during the year, such as Christmas, Good Friday, Easter, Mother´s Day, Father´s Day and, of course, Thanksgiving. Please join us!
Our motto, "Faith, Family, Friendship ... Forever!" summarizes what is truly important to us. We hope you will take the time to discover how being a New Apostolic Christian can benefit you.
