This is a two-story brick building, constructed in 1901 in the commercial style. There are two identical storefronts, each with a slightly recessed centered entry, flanked by iron columns and a large display window on each side. At the center of the building is a third entry leading to the second floor. The clerestories are covered with a continuous cloth awning.

The second floor has three bays separated by brick pilasters. The outer bays each have two single windows, with the center bay having a paired set of windows. All windows are one-over-one with relieved arches and brick lintels that have keystones and stone drips at each upper corner. The sills are rusticated stone. The upper wall is decorated with rows of corbelled brick. A stepped parapet is also corbelled, with stone coping.

The building is currently occupied by Hidden Oasis (a day spa), and Resolutions, a counseling and therapy business.
