DESCRIBED BY NATIONAL GEODETIC SURVEY 1971 (LFS) IN THE NORTHWEST PART OF LEEDS, IN THE SOUTHWEST ANGLE OF A STREET INTERSECTION, 189 FEET SOUTHWEST OF A RAILROAD CROSSING (MAIN TRACKS), A SPHERICAL SHAPED TANK, SUPPORTED BY A FOUR-LEGGED STEEL STRUCTURE. POINT OBSERVED - TOP CENTER.
