Plymouth was one of the world's most prolific builders of small industrial locomotives, with over 7,500 constructed of which 1,700 are believed to still be in active use, some over 50 years old. Almost all Plymouth locomotives were under 25 tons. This Locomotive looks to be a model PLY DLC 8T. It is proudly on display at the History and Landmark Society building in Mars, PA
Here is the same train, painted in blue, before its new paint job about half way down the page: (visit link)
I found a vintage picture of a similar locomotive from Jamestown, CA from 1953: (visit link)
I believe it is the same year and model as the one located in Mars.
