Chances Cowichan opened in March 2007 as a joint partnership between Duncan Dabber Bingo Society, Cowichan Tribes and the British Columbia Lottery Corporation. The casino has bingo (both paper and electronic terminals) and 135 slot machines. It also has a restaurant, Players Bar & Grill, which is open every day from 11 am to 10 pm. A concession is open from 10 am to 11 pm. The casino's hours are:
Sunday – Thursday: 10 am – 12 pm
Friday & Saturday: 10 am – 1 am
