This marker was previously located in a roadside turnout across from the Helping Hands Thrift store at 950 Williams Street (SH 66), Rockwall, TX. As of summer 2015, it has been relocated to the old courthouse square, enjoying higher visibility.

Named for a curious geological formation, an underground rock wall, that comes to the surface in several localities.
