Liberty Hill is owned by Rochester Institute of Technology and is provided as a residence to the college president, who traditionally hosts talks and other events monthly. It is also a cobblestone house.. At least it's oldest portions are.

Liberty Hill is on Rt 253, 2177 Lehigh Station Road, Pittsford, although I thought it was in Henrietta. There are at least two separate additions to the original cobblestone structure, so I will confine my description to the cobblestone.
It is a classic 2 story, 5 bay center entrance Federal style building with symmetric over-6 double-hung windows with shutters. The lintels and sills are solid limestone slabs. The entrance is adorned with shutters instead of side lights, and is capped with a transom light.
The quoins are large (12 inch by 6 inches) with medium cobbles 4 per quoin on the east facade, but larger on the gable end: 3 per quoin. The entrance has a simple columned porch, and the porch is repeated in the clapboard addition attached to the south facade.
The appear to be no attic windows in the north facade...only an octagonal vent, and there is a door with no landing or porch on the north facade. The porch probably rotted away or was removed long ago.
