EN: The rectory of Gelterkinden is located at the stairway up to the church. The three-storey building with a half-hipped roof is built at right angle to the slope. The northern part probably dates from the 16th century, the southern part from the 17th century. After a fire in 1821 both parts were combined to the current structure. The result is a neoclassical mansion, as was typical in this area for the Biedermeier period.
DE: Das Pfarrhaus von Gelterkinden befindet sich am Aufstieg zur Kirche. Das dreigeschossige Gebäude mit einem Krüppelwalmdach steht quer zum Hang. Der Nordteil stammt wahrscheinlich aus dem 16. Jahrhundert, der Südteil aus dem 17. Jahrhundert. Nach einem Brand 1821 wurden beide Teile zur heutigen Gestalt zusammengefasst. Das Resultat ist ein klassizistisches Herrschaftshaus, wie es in dieser Gegend typisch für die Biedermeierzeit ist.
