This is a two-story brick building constructed in 1930 in the Romanesque Revival style. The storefront has three large display windows on the left, with a recessed aluminum and glass entry door on the far right. The display windows are wood framed with a wooden knee wall. A cloth awning covers the entire storefront. The clerestory is exposed. The brick has been painted a light color in the past which is partially weathered off.
The second floor has three one-over-one windows with arched stone lintels and dentilated brick across the top. There is a continuous stone sill. The upper wall has rows of corbelled brick. An elaborate raised parapet is at the center of the roof line.
The building is currently occupied by Fancy That cafe and bakery. This building was part of the original Norman Historic District listed in 1978, and has been retained and included in the new Downtown Norman Historic District listed in 2012. The property is shown on Page 13 of the nomination.
