This building is known as the J.A. Jones Building, as noted on the parapet. The building is a two-story brick building, constructed in 1891. The style is Late 19th/Early 20th Century Revival. The brick has been covered by a veneer of Permastone. The ground floor is occupied by Goodno Jewelry, and the second floor is vacant.

The storefront has a slightly off-centered, recessed aluminum and glass entry door, flanked by large display windows on the right, and narrow horizontal windows on the left. There is a cloth awning which covers the storefront. The second floor has three arched window openings that have been boarded over. These openings have a center keystone, and end stones and a continuous sill. The openings are separated by projected Permastone-clad pilasters. The upper wall has an elaborate metal cornice and raised metal parapet, with the name "J.A. Jones".

This building was part of the original Norman Historic District listed in 1978, and continues as a part of the Downtown Norman Historic District, listed in 2012. The property is shown on Page 14 of the nomination.
