Gruppen er i sin udformning et typisk udtryk for stilretningen art deco, hvor vægten er lagt på de dekorative detaljer og de elegante linier. Et nøgent pigebarn med lange lokker tager moderen om halsen og hvisker hende noget i øret. Moderen holder om barnets nakke med sin ene hånd og lader den anden hænge ned foran fødderne. Hun sidder på jorden med bøjede ben, mens barnet er halvt knælende. Moderen er klædt i en lang, tætsiddende kjole uden ærmer og bærer et diadem over den opsatte frisure.

The group is in its design a typical expression of style direction art deco, with the emphasis on the decorative details and the elegant lines. A naked girl with long locks take the mother around the neck and whispers something in her ear. The mother keeps the child's head with his hand and let the other hang down in front of the feet. She is sitting on the ground with bent legs while the baby is half kneeling. The mother is dressed in a long, tight-fitting sleeveless dress and wear a tiara of the preset hairstyle.
