Official Description: The goddess of Justice stands, with her hair held back in a bun and wearing classical robes with her proper right breast exposed. She once held a sword in her proper right hand and scales in her proper left hand. The figure is painted silver.
Look up! This piece is up on the courthouse roof. Appears to be in good condition - with a lightning rod installed from her head.
