This mall is located in Mission Viejo, right off of interstate 5. It has a little over one million square feet of retail space spread out over two stories. There are two parking garages, one to the north near Ruby's and one to the south near Nordstrom. The mall has over 130 different stores and restaurants. It was open in 1979 and underwent major renovations in 2000 to keep up with the city. Many stores were added and contracted to stay for a few years by Simon Property Group who also maintains and runs many other malls of Orange County.
