Built in 1927 by the beneditine monks, and still owned and operated by them, the New Norcia Hotel was originally a hostel for the parents of the boarders at the New Norcia colleges, but is now a practical expression of the Benedictine tradition of hospitality. No stop here is complete without sampling "Abbey Ale" a light beer brewed especially for the town There is accomodation in 15 rooms and food and drink from the bar
