This memorial is located inside a small fenced garden, on the south west corner of the Parke County Court House lawn, in Rockville, Indiana. It has a statue of a First World War era Soldier, holding a rifle, on top of it. There is a large plaque listing the names of Parke County soldiers and the Townships that they were from, that lost their lives, in that war.
