In Esslingen, Germany, Baden-Württemberg exists a small Zoo called 'Nymphaea'. It can be found at the 'Nymphaea Straße' on an island inside the Neckar River. It also contains a Public Aquarium.
They offer only 'small' animals like turtles, birds, pigs, rabbits or deers. The biggest animals are ponys and donkeys.
They have also a aquarium with fishes.
The zoo is managed by a club. All employes are working as volunteers!
The club has been founded in 1901 and the zoo has been opened in 1931.
It's a small but marvellous zoo and aquarium.
