This pump is at the historic Victory School along Highway C south of McDowell. It is still able to pump water when properly primed. The sign on the schoolhouse says that it was built in 1911.

How to find.:
Walk over to the school from the parking spot, then walk around to the exact opposite (east) wall of the school. The pump is about 6 feet away from the east wall.
