DESCRIBED BY NATIONAL GEODETIC SURVEY 1933 AT QUINCY. AT QUINCY, ADAMS COUNTY, AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE COUNTY COURTHOUSE, AND IN THE SOUTH FACE OF THE LOWER STONE OF THE GUARDRAIL FOUNDATION. A UNITED STATES GEOLOGICAL SURVEY STANDARD DISK, STAMPED ILLINOIS 601 AND SET VERTICALLY.
