EN: The Church of Ormalingen is located on a hill south of the village surrounded by the cemetery.
The church dates back to the 14th century. In the 17th century it was increased and the windows were enlarged. A special feature of this church are the original Gothic murals that were painted over after the reformation in 1529. In 1909 they were rediscovered and restored.
DE: Die Kirche von Ormalingen liegt inmitten des Friedhofs auf einer Anhöhe südlich des Dorfes.
Die Kirche stammt aus dem 14. Jahrhundert. Im 17. Jahrhundert wurde sie erhöht und die Fenster vergrössert. Ein besonderes Merkmal dieser Kirche sind die originalen gotischen Wandmalereien, die 1529 nach der Reformation übermalt wurden. 1909 wurden sie wiederentdeckt und restauriert.
