This fountain is mentioned on the cache page of a cache that had been nearby. The first finder, back in April mentioned how cool the fountain was and they were the last person apparently to see it working. Any further mention of the fountain in logs has been about it not working. Indeed, when looking at the hole that the water should be flowing into, it was full of trash and other refuse.
