This 2 1/2 story frame house was built in 1870 on the site of the Manlove Homestead. It features a projecting center tower section and has German siding with quoining. A single-story office wing was added to the south side of the house between 1897 and 1919. Captain James P. Wild (1804-1979) served as treasurer for the town of Dover in the 1840s.
Today the house serves as a law office.
