AH-1F, tail number 67-15506 delivered to US Army in 1968. It saw service at Fort Worth, Fort Sill and Fort Belvoir before being sent to Vietnam. After service there it was sent back to Fort Hood where it was stationed until 1982. After stops at Amarillo, TX and Fort Drum, NY it was transfered to the TX National Guard where it saw service during Desert Storm.
The helicopter was retired in 1997 and presented to the Town of Eden for display in 2003.
