The Grange in Hamburg was organized in 1913 as Pamona Chapter of the Hamburg Grange of the Patrons of Husbandry 1293. The Grange Hall occupied the third floor of the building, with commercial enterprises inhabiting the first 2 floors.
Meetings were held here until 1974, when the Grange Chapter moved.
The former Grange Hall can be accessed at 22 Main Street (US 62) in downtown Hamburg. It is part of the Downtown Hamburg National Historic District.
