The little town of Plains, Montana has a little building which is shared between its city hall and its little police force.

The city and the police of Plains occupy what, at first glance, appears to be a relatively new building. A second glance, however, reveals that it is more likely to be an older building that has been refurbished and renovated. The city occupies the upper (main) floor of the one story building, while the police department occupies the basement.
The building is on the corner of Willis and Lynch Streets, across the intersection from a small park and a block west of Highway 200 on Willis Street.

I have had NO problems with taking photos of Police stations but please respect the fact that some services may be nervous about having their photo taken and inquire as to why... I have found that once things are explained they are more than happy to let me photograph the building, crest, chief... (they are people too!)
